Braxton lost another tooth

He's lost his 3rd tooth. It has been loose for at least a month and last night it was hanging by a teeny corner. Nate finally helped him get it all the way out at 10 p.m., yes 10. Two hours past his bed time. He kept getting out of bed saying "feel it now, feel it now." Crazy kid. It's all about getting his name on the tooth chart at school!!

Who wants something?

One of my friends did this on her blog, and I was one of the 5 to get in on it- so now it's time for me to repost it on my blog. I'm excited to see what she makes me and I hope people want something that I would make!
Here is the deal: The first five people to comment on this post will get something made by me. This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:
1- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make. ( but I will try hard to make something you will like)
2- What I make will be just for you.
3- It'll be done this year.
4- You have no clue what it's going to be.
5- I reserve the right to do whatever I want!
The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must re-post this on your own blog and offer the same deal to 5 of your own lucky blog readers.
So, the first 5 people to leave a comment telling me they are in, win a FAB-U-LOUS homemade gift by me! Oh, and be sure to post a picture of what you win when you get it. Let the games begin!
Disclaimer - I was reluctant getting involved in this, being greedy and all. I wanted something from my friend because I've seen what she makes, and I love it all. So I'm kinda of nervous, but I'm excited too!!

A bit of an accident!

Because we have no grass in our back yard yet, the kids love to go out and dig. Kaylee was shoveling along, not watching where she was swinging the shovel of course, and smacked Braxton right on the top of the nose. It gave him a bit of a black eye, which doesn't show up here really, and his cut was oosing blood pretty good. I didn't think to take a picture until a day later. Needless to say, I bought them little tiny kid shovels that they are only allowed to use!!

Kaylee's Barbie House

I really wanted Nate to build Kaylee a barbie house for her birthday that we could have forever and pass down and so forth. However, Nate's ever so nice dad built it for us instead. He did such an awesome job!! My pictures don't do it justice!! It has room dividers that aren't in it in this picture, so that all the levels have two rooms. If you pull up on the chimney it's an attic/storage space. He put vinyl shingles on the roof too. He put alot of work into it and we are very grateful for it! My girls absolutely LOVE it! Thanks Ted for all your hard work.

Easter Morning

Here are a few pictures of our kids on Easter Morning.

Our darn camera is going out, but here is Kohen munching on yummy candy.
And then the three older kids with their baskets.

Chuck-E-Cheese

Because we didn't do a friend Birthday Party for our kids this year, we told them that they could pick something fun to do as a family, and Kaylee chose Chuck E Cheese. We had to post pone it for a few weeks which made Kaylee sad, so to make her ok with it we told her she could pick one friend to bring. She chose Amelia Sommercorn. She lives around the corner and was in Kaylee's dance class last year. This is Her and Kaylee with Chucky.Braxton is playing a game. I told him to smile for the camera, but as you can see, he couldn't take his eyes off the game!!
This is Ella in the big truck ride. However, she only wanted to sit in it! She wouldn't let us put any coins in it because it scared her!
And cute little Kohen strapped in his high chair so I didn't have to chase him around. There were so many people there he would have got trampled on!!
We had some friends meet us there, which made it extra fun for my kids!! So here is Haydon and Aliya with Kaylee and Amelia smooshed in the monster truck ride. Thanks for coming Madisons'!

Setting our frogs free!

Braxton's kindergarten class (last year) learned about frogs and watched them change from tad poles to frogs. Once they were transformed his teacher gave them away to who ever wanted them. For anyone that knows me I'm antipets, however I thought, they are free and heard from my sister in law that they are low maintenance. Little did I know that I really had a different frog! They have grown to big for our tank and the tank needs cleaned more than I want to clean it, so we talked to kids into setting them free into their "natural environment". AKA the pond in our old neigborhood. So here are some pictures of us letting them go!

Braxton and I being silly.

This is Kohen asleep in the car missing out on all the excitment!

We were all trying to skip rocks.

Bye Bye frogs, you won't be missed, I mean we will miss you!! :)

One last good bye before we let them go!

Just some random pictures!

I don't know about anyone else, but I love taking pictures of my cute family! And I don't take nearly enough! I also love looking at pictures, so I just wanted to post some cute random and silly pictures that I've taken recently! This is Ella with her puckered up kissing lips. Her lips never close. She keeps them cracked open like this. They are nice and wet too!! :)
This is just cute little Kohen!
Nate with Braxton and Kaylee before bed one night.
Me and Ella with our stylein' dress up glasses on!
Braxton saying "Take a picture of me", and then making a silly face. My kids always want me to take pictures of them everytime the camera is pulled out so that they can see themselves on the camera screen afterwards, gotta love digital cameras!
I just thought this was super cute! Gotta love those girls!
How sweet is this picture? They got these silly hats from Krispy Kreme and wanted a picture with them on. They posed themselves. I thought it was sweet!

New Glasses

My Braxton got glasses. The poor guys has what they call "Lazy eye". Which I learned was inherited by my mother. He can see perfectly out of one eye, and pretty much not at all with his other. I feel so bad that it took us this long to find it out. His good eye has compensated for the eye that doesn't work so he hasn't complained really. However it still broke my heart to have just barely found out. However, he does look very handsome in glasses I must say!
