Bedroom touches

I finally got Kohen's room painted. Most of you have seen it, since I painted it in my last house, but I'm gonna post it anyway. It was all inspired by pottery barn. Everybit! The cork board, the canvas's, and hat hanger were in the magazine. I made and painted my accessories to match. I love that magazine for the ideas!!
This is a shelf that will go on the wall. I made to of them, Nate just needs to hang them for me.

The top canvas I copied just like the one from the magazine, but the bottom one I kinda put together myself.
This is what the walls look like.

I pained these 4 canvas's to look like the one's in potterybarn also. The first picture are the one's in the magazine and the second one are the one's I painted and hung in my girls room.

Gotta love garage sales!

I don't go garage selling, because I know I would find too many deals and just want to spend too much money, so I just stay home!! But my parents found this cute horse at one for 3 bucks. Kohen and Ella absolutley love it! Thanks mom and dad!

Meridian Dairy Day Parade

For the past 3 years we have gone with two families to the Meridian Dairy Day Parade. The Dicksons and the Fischers. It's about the only parade I can drag Nate go to. It was raining during the parade this year, but my kids LOVED it anyways. We would just put our hoods on when it rained, and then pulled them off when it stopped. I had to keep reminding Nate that we were building memories sitting in the rain! It was worth it, look at the smiles!! :)

Waiting for candy!!

Eating candy!

He was a good sport!! He sat in his stroller the whole time. I thought for sure he wouldn't!

Nate hiding under the umbrella. (My camera is slowly dieing, that's why it's 2 colors.)

The End! :)

My girls new look?

My girls LOVE to dress up and their favorite items to put on are Kaylee's old dance clothes. However, now they have added boots to their favorite dress up outfits. Which in some cases the boots work great, like with a cute dress or skirt, or jeans even. But with this outfit I feel that it makes them look like "toddler skanks." I'm laughing histarically as I type this. But I'm a little embarrased to have them run out in our front yard in these outfits. The outfits alone don't bother me, but with the boots I'm not so sure! What do you think?

Two big milestones!

Our big Kohen is now walking. And boy does he love it. Just walking around the house entertains him now. You could tell that he feels so big. It's quite nice because I was worried about his little knees getting all scraped up this summer crawling around outside! Time flies! What comes next!?!

And our other milestone is that Ella is finally potty trained!! I'm not sure that I should be posting a picture of my child on the toilet, but here it is! It's so nice to have just one child in diapers! GO ELLA!!
